We do not want to compete with existing hackerspaces, in fact, we believe we can complete an existing hackerspace.

In cities, gentrification is a fact, de-industrialization is a fact, this causes a lot of pressure on industrial type compounds that are sought after by hackerspaces, causing them to either be inaccessible or at excessive costs.
